Fly, Slide and Meditate

Claire Bernier ha sido campeona del mundo de parapente y campeona de Europa. Ha sobrevolado las cumbres más altas de cada continente, incluido el EVEREST, a 8 848 metros.

These days, she shares her knowledge and experience with thrill-seeking customers.

Building on her successful experience at Val Cenis, Claire has decided to aim higher and set up a paragliding, sledging and yoga business in Val Thorens.


FLY: Take to the air in a tandem paraglider


This season at Val Thorens, Claire is offering take-offs from high above the resort.


Take to the air in a tandem paraglider alongside your instructor. Simply slide along on your skis for a few metres before your feet leave the ground, as you soar like a bird, with no sensation of vertigo.

The flight is ideal for people who are new to paragliding – an educational experience suitable for adults and children alike.


You’ll learn everything there is to know about paragliding. How does it stay in the air? How do you fly a paraglider? You’ll be well-versed enough to take control yourself after take-off, if you wish, under the watchful eye of your instructor. And you’ll come away with an experience that will live long in the memory. You can also purchase souvenir photos and videos of your flight for €20.


600 m descent.
Suitable for everyone.
Available daily, depending on the weather. Booking required.

MEDITATE: Choose an active après-ski activity in Val Thorens this season!


Yoga is the ideal accompaniment to downhill sports like skiing and snowboarding. Doing yoga regularly boosts flexibility and strength and leaves you better prepared for sport. It also helps you better withstand impacts and prevent injury.
Lessons: yoga for beginners, advanced practice and positions, meditation-based support.
A human-focused, respectful, non-violent and non-judgemental business, we bring yoga to all in a spirit of well-being.


Lesson – Tuesdays, 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Price: €20 per person.
Package of 10 lessons: €150.


Private day-time lesson for 1-4 people
Tailored to your personal interests: yoga for beginners, injury prevention and management, posture, mobility and control, personal practice.
The flexible nature of the private lessons means you can choose your preferred lesson type, number of lessons, frequency and duration.
Private lessons take place at home.

€80 for a 60-minute lesson at home.
Discount for three private lessons: €200 for three lessons at home.

SLIDE: Le Snake Gliss
NEW at Val Thorens this season: Snake Gliss (sledge train) for a great après-ski experience!

Snake Gliss is an activity where up to 10 sledges are tied together, led by a professional instructor.
The fun, thrilling activity involves a winding 45-minute descent from the top of the Funitel de Péclet. Fun and laughter guaranteed!


It’s a great activity for groups, families and anyone else looking for something fun to do after a day’s skiing. And you’ll get a hot wine as a reward for your effort once you reach the bottom.


40 places available Monday to Friday. Meet at 5:00 pm (5:30 pm from February onwards) at the Funitel de Péclet departure point.
Rapid descent – participants should be physically fit.

Equipment: helmet, gloves, après-ski boots and ski lift pass required.
